Notice of Election & AGM 2020

An election is being held to fill four vacancies on the Peria Christian Education Inc (PCE) Board of Trustees which is known as the Proprietor Board.

PCE is the Proprietor of Matamata Christian School, holds the Integration Agreement with the Crown and is the guardian of the schools Special Christian Character.

PCE also owns Matamata Christian Early Learning Centres Ltd which holds the licence for and operates Tower Road Christian School. (Click below to learn more)

Being a Proprietor Board Member is an important and exciting Governance role which is at the heart of our educational group, and you are asked to consider who, including yourself, should become part of this team. Click here to find out more about the Governance role and/or express your interst in serving.

Only members of PCE may nominate, be nominated or vote. a list of current members is available from the school office. If you want to become involved and are not yet a member please ask for an appliction form also while at the school office. The supplementary members roll will close at 3.00pm, Friday 4th September 2020.

Nominations also close at 3.00pm on Friday 4th September 2020 and must be submitted to the school office in a sealed envelope addressed to the Returning Officer on the official nomination form which can be downloaded below and is available from the school office.

If required, an election process will be held during the AGM at Matamata Christian School at 3.00pm on Friday 25th September 2020 after school assembly. See below
